Now that I've finally finished my 60mL, it's time to finally offer my opinion. Gelfing Essence is very complex and hard to describe which can probably be accredited to the blonde tobacco and pistachio flavor combo. The liquid smells almost exactly like bubblegum, but the taste is dry, flowery and earthy with a weird sweetness to it stemming from the pear, as if someone steeped floral tea too long and added too much honey to compensate. There is even a warning on the site saying the juice has an overwhelmingly powerful floral taste to it, and it's definitely deservedly placed.
I've had two people tell me it tastes like a margarita and one tell me like a baja blast. However, I find the most suiting descriptor being "bubblegum tea" or even "10-year-old Djarum Splash cigarette" for those of you unfortunate to have encountered those.
I know I've probably frightened everyone away from trying it by now, but I do recommend it to those seeking something a bit different from the typical custard/cream flavors that overwhelm the market. It's unique and enjoyable for a day or so, but I don't think I will ever be craving it.
