This is the vaping equivalent of junk food. There is nothing realistic or natural tasting about this juice. (I mean, it's got Unicorn in the name.) I don't even want to call this a fruit-flavored vape. It's definitely more of a candy or syruped profile.
The inhale is a sweetened artificial strawberry+blueberry syrup. The strawberry portion reminds me of drinking warm Nestle Quik, but without the milky flavor. The blueberry also tastes artificial, reminds me of the canned blueberries you get in baking kits. The syrup component tastes like generic pancake syrup with faint maple flavoring. I start getting more flavor at the end of the inhale, and the combination of all these flavors registers in the back of my mouth.
The exhale is that same wannabe maple syrup taste, but with a straight pancakey flavor. The exhale is pretty smooth and low-key. I get a pleasant aftertaste that lingers for a few breaths after the exhale. This aftertaste is probably my favorite part of the vape.
There aren't any weird chemical tastes. Yes, it's totally artificial and processed flavors, but it still works to be a pretty cohesive and (weird but) flavorful vape. My review makes this liquid sound kinda gross, but it honestly grew on me after a few tankfuls. It's not an ADV for me, but I've put it on rotation and keep coming back to it a lot more than I had expected to. I'm enjoying this bottle, but it's definitely outside of my wheelhouse. I'd say it's a sure thing if you're into candied or dessert type flavors, though.
Flavor intensity is an 8/10.
Coil Destroyer rating is also probably an 8/10.
