Horrible. I thought their prices were good, but their customer service is worthless. They sent me the wrong item, and when I opened a ticket, they asked me to send a pic. I sent the pic of the wrong item and they have ignored me ever since. A week.

I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt after coming up on a google search for a cheap tfv12. Well......They changed my 2x60ml juice bottles to 4x30ml which caused 3 of them to break during shipping, and the unbroken was the wrong nicotine strength. I also ordered tfv12 coils, the v12s, but they sent the v6s instead. The coil box was fully saturated with juice from the broken bottles upon arrival.

I emailed them a couple times, and finally got a response about a week later. They "apologized" and offered to send the correct coils and reship the juice.

A few days later, I received the correct coils and a replacement of all the juice ordered.

Overall, the experience was pretty annoying. I won't be ordering from them again.

Well I will say I thought I was having a good experience with this vape store but, on my first order with them which was for like 3 different devices the dam post office shows delivered even though it was not delivered and so far has proven lost with no hope of ever finding it.. Typical Post Office tricks I have encountered as a shipper on ebay.. I reached out to Eight Vape and on their first reply I pretty much got a tough your package shows delivered reply but, then later I got another reply from someone who actually seemed to care and offered to help me and even file a claim with the PO. After a week of run around with the PO I emailed back asking to yes please help me because I'm now out a lot of money and I got another Tough, your package says delivered email with a link to the PO... Way to support your customer!!! I mean really... Makes me sad how some stores treat the very people who keep them in business!! Checking with the post office they say there is not even enough insurance on this to cover the cost of my purchase that they only have the insurance that comes with priority mail! and not only that the post office tells me the shipper (yes, you eight vape) should be submitting my claim as you shipped it what I purchased and have the invoice for it's value... I do not recommend this seller!! Mostly because you never had to offer to help me but you did!! As soon as I said yes please help me you sent me a link to the Post Office?!?! Come on man!!! You sold me the stuff, you chose the shipping method, and then you bailed when the Post Office screwed up!!! I ship on eBay and I know the Post Office screws up.. I always protect the person who buys from me and would never send them a tough, heres a link to the dam Post Office email... Makes me sad :(

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . NOT JUST CHEAP PRICES BUT IF THERE IS AN ISSUE THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RESOLVE IT. That's when they say they can't help no matter what not EIGHTVAPE THEY GO SO ABOVE AND BEYOND . I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW EXCEPTIONAL THEY ARE CALL IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING A RESPONSE VIA SUPPORT ONLINE AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL. THEY EVEN STRESS THST IF THEY ARENT MAKING YOU HAPPY THEN PLEASE TELL THEM BECAUSE THAT'S NUMBER 1 IS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND HAPPINESS NOT MONEY OR POLICES!!!
