Ok, so I put off giving this review, but I am starting to get at the end of my rope honestly. I have a budget for vape gear and juice that I have to live by every month. At the beginning of the month (8/4/2014) I placed an order based off the juice reviews on this site. I ordered enough juice to last me for the whole month. on 8/8/2014 I ran out of juice, there was no word from this company of my juice shipping, so I went to the local B&M and paid for a bottle of juice to get me through until my order came in. It is now 8/20/2014...still no word if my order has shipped. I have repeatedly had to go to the local shop and overpay for sub par juice, and now today, I got enough money in my budget to buy one more bottle. If my order doesnt come in soon, then thats it...I got nothin. I have contacted these guys on facebook, only to be told that my order will ship when it ships, and that they will send me notification when it does. I have sent them a message on their website, asking for an ETA, with no response. I checked the facebook, when another gentleman, with an order number just a few numbers away from me asked when his juice would ship, they told him it would be Monday. Well Monday has come and gone, and I dunno if that guys got his shipping notification, but I never got mine. They did send a message on facebook saying that the next order would be 35% off, but unless this juice is the best stuff ever, there wont be a next order. IF I ever get my juice, I will review them based solely on the juice quality alone, but waiting this long to get an order shipped, is just completely unacceptable.

EDIT
Finally got the juice, but there was something wrong with it. I contacted them and they offered to send me a replacement order. This was 3 weeks ago, and now I am getting the runaround and a million excuses for why it hasnt shipped yet. I'm done with these guys...BUYER BEWARE.

Over a month since I placed my order. It's not so much the wait on the order itself, but the complete lack of communication from the vendor about my order after repeated e-mails and FB messages. I have noticed others pointing out that the vendor is a one-person operation and that he's swamped, which is why it is not the order delay itself that irks me, but the lack of any response whatsoever. Six weeks in: no juice, no response, no refund. Vendor needs to improve communication with customers.

Update 11/4: It's been two months. No communication, no refund. Vendor website down at the moment.

I made an order September 3. It has now been 5 weeks. The first email was sent and there was reply from "Greene". He said it would be out very soon and he is very sorry. Well 3 weeks later and 3 more emails with no replies; still nothing.

Commented on the Facebook page asking where, when, and possible refund. Immediately blocked and comments deleted. This is by far very unprofessional. Also seeing people receive their order with 4-5 day.

Update
E-mail sent to me begging for forgiveness and order will ship soon. Now it's week #6. Issuing a Chargeback with the credit card

Placed an order on August 14th. After about a week and a half, I tried to contact the seller through email about the status of my order - no response. After some time passed I got ahold of him on facebook regarding my order. First he told me my order would ship in three more days. A week later I asked again, he said he couldn't ship it because he was replacing the air purifiers in his lab, but would ship in a couple of days. After another week I asked again why my order still showed that it was processing, he responded that it showed he had already shipped it on his end, I asked for a tracking # but didn't receive a reply. I asked again and was told he would ship it in a couple days. It has been almost 2 months now and I have yet to receive my order, but the seller has removed all my posts from his facebook page, and has blocked me.. If you are looking to donate money to a compulsive liar, then I can highly recommend this guy. If you are looking for juice, however, I would try elsewhere.

I placed orders with this vendor on July 8 and July 28; I still haven't received them. I've contacted the owner multiple times, and when he answers (sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't), the blame is placed on his shipping /postage company (stamps.com). According to the owner, stamps.com can't process a shipment to an APO (overseas US military) address. Multiple other vendors have shipped to me without any problems or delays, many of them using stamps.com. At one point, the owner promised to take the orders to the Post Office and personally ship them out. Well, that never happened. He still hasn't shipped either of the two orders, and now we're closing in on the 90 day mark. I will never order from them again.

TL/DR: After almost 90 days, still no juice. Multiple promises from the owner go unfulfilled, different excuses as to why orders haven't shipped. Never buying from them again.

UPDATE 24 OCT 14: Still haven't received my orders. The owner won't reply to emails, FB messages or PM's sent to his Reddit account. Save yourself some time and flush your money down the toilet yourself instead of sending it to The Vapeothecary.
