The website looks professionally designed, and I really dig the feel. There was a big warning banner across the top of the site when I placed my first order, warning me that there was a move in progress and so my order might be delayed, which I appreciated—I have no problem waiting for an order as long as I know up front what I'm getting into. Even so, I received my first order a week later, which I considered to be surprisingly quick.
I only ordered one 30mL bottle of juice—Minty Mountains—and was very pleasantly surprised to find another 30mL bottle of Raspberry Lemonade included, for free, along with a hand-written wax-sealed letter apologizing profusely for the delay in getting me my order and offering me a full refund if I was displeased with either the quality of the juice or the "unacceptable" delay in receiving my order.
The juice only comes in 30mL bottles, but you can choose PG/VG ratios of 15/85, 30/70, and 40/60 as well as 0, 3, 6, 12, or 18 mg of nicotine per mL. The only-30mL-size limitation might be more of an issue if the prices weren't so ridiculously low. I have no idea how they can manage to be profitable with this level of quality and attention to customer service.
Even if I weren't already impressed with the site, the packaging, or the obvious commitment to customer satisfaction, the quality of the juice would have sealed the deal. I've already placed my second order.
