So this was sent to me as a free sample, I was soooo not excited. Cranberry? Gross right? I mean who wants to vape that? Well maybe you do, but it's certainly not my favorite flavor. I let it sit in my stash for a long while, almost kind of forgot about it, until I saw it one day recently and my curiosity got the better of me. I enjoy most of Sloth's flavors, so how bad could this be?
Honestly, not bad at all... quite good actually. I can certainly tell you that this isn't what you'd expect from the cranberry standpoint. It's more like a subtle glaze or delicate addition just to add complexity. It doesn't have that dark / nasty sourish taste of a normal cranberry, this is just the fruity / juicy sweetness.
In fact, it's predominantly a smooth and tasty vanilla cream. I almost wouldn't say custard as I'm not detecting the typical egg flavor, and it's not overbearing like some custards can be. Just a very pleasant sweet creamy vanilla with a hint of sweet berry on the top. I'm not sure I would have even guessed cranberry had the label not said it.
It's quite good, and I applaud Sloth for taking the risk here. It went from a flavor profile I absolutely would never order to one I could actually see myself picking up again. It's a very good blend, tastes the same each time you vape on it, is quite smooth and the flavor intensity is perfect (medium). Very relaxing and enjoyable, if you like a smooth vanilla cream flavor, give this a try - the cranberry part is just an accent and it really works well.
