Alright.. I'll come clean. I'm coming off of cigarettes again (August - November, that's not too bad of a relapse?). Kicked it off by going to Vegas and I've been trying to find a good "middle ground" vape. As a coffee-hound as well, there's something special about RY4's and a big hot cup of coffee as things get colder.
So my taste buds are skeptical, but I revisited Joie de Vivre from my stash to reacquaint myself with vaping.
The first thing I noticed was the spiciness of the tobacco. Maybe it's the 6mg vs. my usual vape preference? Like I said.. trying to go for that middle ground so starting with the highest nic vapes I have to wean myself. It took a bit for my throat to adjust.
Second day of vaping this as an ADV, it's really grown on me. I'm a huge fan of caramel overloaded vapes of all varieties and I think the pairing of vanilla + cream + caramel + tobacco to be delicious. I appreciate so much that this e-juice has one of the most pleasant tobacco flavorings I have ever experienced.
As you keep vaping this the flavor adjusts to be a lovely tobacco & vanilla, not artificial but very true to bean flavor. Would have loved if it was even more bourbon madagascar-y vanilla. That would be PERFECT. But this is a good vanilla.
Most importantly: stick with this one. Especially if you're coming off cigarettes because your tastebuds will return and this will sparkle when that happens. The juice is quality and when your tastebuds return in full, I'd venture to say anything from VaporArtis is going to be coming from a similarly good quality perspective.
