It sounds like a fairly simple mix of blueberry, cream, and honey. What comes across is an extremely well balanced blend of incredibly accurate flavors.
The blueberry is probably the most perfect blueberry flavor I have tried. Very flavorful and just spot on blueberry. Light and fluffy cream cradles the blueberry flavor and takes it from good to delicious. A very light honey flavor polishes it all off and is expertly utilized. Outside of being the best honey flavor I have had in juice, it’s also used in the best way. It really acts at the “cherry on top” and brings the flavors up another notch. I expected this to be good, but it’s really damn good.

This juice has been on my must try list for a while, and it definitely did not disappoint. In the bottle you can smell a lot of blueberry with a hint of honey.
On the inhale I taste a mildly tart fresh blueberry flavor that is drenched in honey. It has a very natural light flavor that mixes together perfectly. There is a slight floral flavor from the honey that really goes well with the tartness of the blueberry. The honey sweetens everything up a little bit, but I wouldn't consider this a sweet juice. On the exhale the cream comes through. It is light and provides a nice richness to the end of the juice.
Overall this is an excellently blended juice that is light enough to be an ADV. I definitely will be reordering this in the future.

Fresh Review - I really love this juice. Anyone that has read more than one or two of my reviews knows that I’ve been on a crazy hunt for the best blueberry juice out there. Recently, I decided to break that search into two categories; fruity blueberry juices and dessert blueberry juices. Bacchus wins the fruity category by miles, and when I say that, I mean there isn’t a competitor in the same ballpark as far as I’m concerned. I was lucky enough to get my hands on this juice a while ago when my pal veroden sent some out to me, so I’ve known for a while that this juice was great aged and now I can also say that a fresh bottle does not disappoint. Although there are definitely differences.
A fresh bottle seem a bit more floral than an aged bottle. I attribute that to the clover honey that definitely seems to be more present on the inhale of a fresh bottle than it does aged. I get a nice strong honey flavor with just a touch of tart blueberry on the inhale. The exhale bursts with blueberry flavor. I get more honey than blueberry on the inhale, it’s the exact opposite on the exhale with the blueberry taking over. The honey and the blueberry mix really well on the exhale with just a splash of cream showing up early that serves to take a bit of the bite away from the blueberry and smooth it out. I’m left with mostly sweet berry goodness on the finish. Just a spectacular blueberry juice, although I will say that I prefer this juice with a little age.
Aged Review -This is just a little different on an aged bottle. The blueberry doesn’t change much (thank goodness!), but the honey definitely feels a bit different. The floral notes from the fresh review are nearly non-existent with time and the blueberry strengthens quite a bit on the inhale. The honey is still there, but it serves more to sweeten the berry and take some of the bite out of it. I definitely get more of the honey near the beginning of the exhale, along with just a touch of cream that lightens the berry up and sweetens it to the point that it’s not nearly as tart on the exhale as it is on the inhale. Where this was an interesting mix of floral, sweet and fruity on a fresh bottle, I’d say it is way more focused on the blueberry after some age. I actually prefer a slightly aged bottle of this so I still get some of the floral elements with most of the focus on the berry. I also feel like I’m tasting coconut near the finish on an aged bottle, where I didn’t get that on a fresh bottle. It’s hardly noticeable, but every once in a while I finish an exhale and get that familiar coconut linger mixed with the berry. Overall, this is just a really great juice. It most likely has a permanent spot in my Top 5 list, and is easily the most realistic blueberry flavor I’ve tried.
Update: I originally scored this juice a 4.75. I have since come back and updated the score to a 5/5. Simply put, this is the best blueberry juice that I have encountered, and I feel like it deserves a perfect score. This juice will have a permanent spot in my Top 5, and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a blueberry juice.
