Amalfi is described as an almond cake with apricot jam flavor. It is a very rich, but not overly sweet, dessert flavor. While Bigglesworth says no steeping is required, I did find this juice to be very light in flavor fresh, but after steeping for a few weeks, the almond and apricot really came through to make a near perfect flavor.
Almond and apricot might not sound all that appealing as an eliquid, but I must say this one is very surprising. They go together extremely well, to form a well balanced, rich, sweet delightful flavor. It's quite reminiscent of marzipan.
The almond is the prominent flavor, and it is smoothed out with a sweet apricot cake-y flavor. It pairs perfectly with your morning coffee, or an after meal dessert without the calories. I highly recommend this very unique and well done flavor.
