Fresh Review - This is the one that I was probably looking most forward to trying. I love a rich, creamy vanilla custard-esque juice. I really end up liking this one quite a lot. Probably not quite as much as I like Dual-wield, but close. I get mostly sweet, creamy vanilla on the inhale, with a light caramel backing it up. The exhale is where this juice really shines. For the exhale I start off with the initial burst of caramelized sugar which is rich and dark tasting, but it eases its way behind more of the creamy vanilla and smooth caramel as the exhale finishes. I’m left with that rich vanilla custard-like flavor on the finish, and it lingers for quite a while on the tongue. I wouldn’t define this as a light juice, but it’s not obnoxiously sweet either. It really does come off tasting a lot like crème brulee. My wife is in love with this juice. Probably a Top 5 juice for her. Not quite willing to go that far myself, but it is really good.
Aged Review - Yeah, so I haven’t tried a ton of different crème brulee juices, but this is probably the closest representation to actual crème brulee of the ones that I have tried. The only thing it feels like this is missing is that slightly burnt/bitter taste that you get from the torched sugar on the real thing. No major changes to this juice with time either. The vanilla may be just a touch creamier, but it’s hard to say for sure because the caramelized sugar darkens the whole thing up pretty quickly. Definitely a tasty juice, and if my wife has her way, this is one that we’ll be reordering in the future.
