So, I will say I took a chance on this one. No reviews, and the product description states orange and strawberry and 5 other flavors... I mean that could be black licorice, cinnamon, cream, lemongrass, what have you. 5 flavors seems like a lot to me to leave out of a description, but Kelso has my trust and this one sounded unique if nothing else.
I'm very glad I took the chance on this, and the product description makes more sense now to me after I've vaped it. It is predominantly a mandarin orange / strawberry blend. The 5 other special flavors here are very light, but give it a kind of spiced sort of feel. Kind of like spiced orange tang or some kind of spiced citrus tea. Not much though, just slightly. The mandarin orange and strawberry play really nice together, and it's not as intense or sweet as you might think.
I'm not sure at all what the other 5 ingredients might be. it sometimes gives me a sense of a chai spice, but then other times not. Sometimes I get a note of something more floral like rose petal or perhaps orange blossom, and other times not. It's quite a mysterious flavor. Regardless it's really enjoyable. It's smooth and relaxing, the orange and strawberry aren't exactly mellow but mixed in a way that seems more mature, more laid back. The other ingredients give it some complexity, a note of spice, and I'm honestly enjoying this a lot more than I thought I would.
I'd love to know what the 5 flavors are, just out of curiosity mostly. I'm assuming there are at least a couple other fruits in here as well.
It's not as dark as a tea, but it does kind of give that vibe. It doesn't have a dry aftertaste either which I prefer. The overall intensity is a 5 out of 10, very flavorful but at the same time not overly intense.
It certainly is unique and well done, would recommend this one - honestly one of the best uses of orange I've had yet.
