I hate starting reviews off on a bad note, but Vape Chemist's Strawberry Pound Cake does have one particular problem I just can't get over. When I hear "pound cake," I expect something rich, moist, and dense. This eJuice is none of those things. The mouthfeel is thin – very thin. One of the thinnest I've come across in my vaping career.
The flavor, too, is quite flat – but it does taste as advertised. There are strawberries, and there is poundcake. They hit you together at the same time, with the strawberry being stronger than the cake, but the tastes are certainly there. Which is what makes Strawberry pound Cake an uncanny vape: the flavors are there, but the experiences isn't. It's odd tasting such a thin pound cake – all flavor, no substance.
Give this vape a little more body, and I think it could really be something. I'll try steeping to see if it changes the experience.
