Titan is a wonderful combination of juicy stone fruit and delicious spice cake. It has a rather refined flavor with layers of subtle complexity. It's not a very in your face kind of juice, the flavor intensity is a tad on the lighter side, but it still has an enticingly rich quality. It has a really nice mouthfeel going for it. It's a combination of juiciness from the fruit and a somewhat dense moist cake. The flavors themselves are quite well done and the combination is great. There's a delicious mixture of nectarine and apricot along with a spiced cake and candied ginger. The fruits are juicy and natural, almost a bit jammy. The cake is beautifully done with layers of flavor. I'd say it's like a spiced almond cake. It has that sort of nutty sweetness of almond with light bakery notes and a nice sweet and spicy ginger. The inhale starts off with the fruit up front. It's a juicy combination of nectarine and apricot, with nectarine slightly edging out the apricot. There are undertones of bakery and spice that begin to creep in on the back half and I get a gingery tingle in the back of my throat. The exhale sees the cake take center stage with its layers of flavor. It starts off with a light sweet almond like flavor and transitions to a spiced bakery highlighted with candied ginger. I get hints of jammy fruit towards the front end of the exhale and a nice little prick of candied ginger on the way out. I'm left with the taste of delicious spiced cake and undertones of jammy stone fruit.
Overall, Titan is really well done and extremely enjoyable juice. It's got layers of flavor making it rather complex and sophisticated. The nectarine and apricot are great and the spiced cake is divine. It's tough for me to find faults in this juice as it is so finely crafted. One of Blue Dot's best flavors in my opinion and there will definitely be a large bottle on my next order.
