Prickleberry Lemonade is something entirely different, refreshing, and quite tasty. It's a delicious lemonade, with a bright cactus undertone and notes of pear and blueberry. The lemonade flavor in PL does not taste like the store bought lemonade that's often overly sugary, but it's more reminiscent of a freshly squeezed lemonade--lemons, naturally both sweet and tart bringing a fantastic combination of mild bitterness, tartness, and sweetness. The cactus is juicy and flavorful while adding that something else that is often missing from other lemonades and brings a bit of it's own sweetness into the mix. The pear and blueberry are hanging out in the background, but certainly not to be missed. I'm getting a little bit more of the blueberry than the pear, but the combination of them both add a nice touch of fruity complexity that otherwise might be missing.
I've been vaping Prickleberry Lemonade for the last two days now and I'm really thinking it may earn its way into my rotation occasionally. I can see it definitely becoming a regular summer juice for me. I won't say Prickleberry Lemonade is my favorite lemonade based juice, as that belongs to another juice, but it gives that juice a run for its money--especially with it's unique taste. Bird's Prickleberry Lemonade is something entirely unique and that's what I love about it. It's completely refreshing while daring to be different--and tastes good while doing so. Fantastic!
