Om describes Baked as a Red Delicious apple, caramel, brown sugar, graham cracker, and cheesecake flavor. I've never been excited about Red Delicious apples, as I've always thought they were so boring. I prefer the tartness of other varieties. Give me a Granny Smith over a Red Delicious any day of the week. I think Baked would have been better using a different apple as the I can barely pick out the apple flavor. It's there, in and out, but not nearly as bright and consistent as I had hoped. The rest of Baked is there and quite satisfying. The caramel, brown sugar, and graham crackers come out particularly on the exhale. The whole thing reminds me of an apple fritter light on the apple. The "cheesecake" is the flavor I'm getting the most, on both the inhale and exhale. However, it's not really a cheesecake. It tastes like thick warm gooey marshmallows melted over a light apple fritter. The strength of the flavor is a heavier compared to others in Om's line, which tends to be on the light side. Despite its faults, Baked is a good marshmallow and pastry flavor. I just would have liked to see more Apple and perhaps something other than a Red Delicious apple.
