GSV has done it again. This juice is true to what I get from having a slice of lemon meringue pie. It's not too sweet and not too lemony. It's also much more clear than their Bananas Foster and Brulee so it's fair to say it may be less of a coil gunker.

Bottom line, it's made it into my daily rotation. Best served in a dripper.

After vaping the other flavors in the Brûlée line, I was super excited to try this out, and it certainly does not disappoint!

The line is "barrel aged desserts" and as some others have mentioned, this is very much more a dessert/custard vape than a fruity / lemon vape. Still, it's shockingly realistic and very gourmet tasting. As I was hoping would be the case, the blending here is just phenomenal - you don't get a lemon blast followed by a cream followed by a crust, you get a very cohesive lemon meringue pie throughout, with a tantalizing sweetness at the end of the exhale.

It certainly is a bit lighter in overall intensity than the others, I'd place this at a solid medium intensity. But what's there is just so wonderful and pleasurable to vape on. The lemon is very much entwined with the custard, it hits that pudding-like note amidst the creaminess of the meringue and the shortcrust pastry. The crust is light but quite possibly the most realistic I've experienced.

I'm tempted to say that I could have stood for just a bit more lemon in this, but I'm enjoying it so much and have to just trust the maker on this one, it seems so balanced that changing this up would probably alter the end result a lot.

Still, if you are looking for heavy lemon, this doesn't have it. It's a very quality blend of custard / lemon / crust and a sugary exhale. It's certainly something you can continue to vape, and I'm already almost through this bottle. The lemon stands out more on a full RDA, but as you vape it it becomes more blended in.

I did notice a bit of throat hit when I first put this on a new wick, but that subsided. I think it's great, and is a nice contrast to the other flavors in the line.

I guess I get the honors to be the first to review Golden State's newest flavor. I've had a few lemon meringue pie vapes, but have never been satisfied. The only one that I really liked tasted nothing like lemon meringue pie, but tasted more along the lines of a Lemonhead candy. So while I was skeptical, I was also excited to give GSV's LMP a try because if anyone can pull it off it's going to be Golden State.

As far as true to profile LMPs go, Golden State's LMP is pretty accurate. Lemon meringue and a dry shortcrust on the inhale. The shortcrust seems to be the primary flavor here, but the lemon meringue adds a bit of sweet and a touch of tart. The shortcrust remains consistent on the exhale while the lemon meringue comes upfront on the exhale, which is exactly what I was hoping for, but it comes up a little short in strength with respect to the lemon--not much, just a little, but still a marked improvement over every other LMP vape that I've tried. Some sweet powdered sugar shows it's face on the exhale, rounding out a really great tasting, and authentic at that, lemon meringue pie vape.

I ought to note that the first few drags from the tank had shown some weakness in the lemon meringue as I was mostly getting the pie shortcrust, some cream, and a very light lemon meringue, but turning the temperature up from 435F to 455-460F brings it out more. If you already like warm vapes anyway, this will satisfy right off the bat. But for those of us after medium warmth vapes it's good to keep in mind LMP seems to perform best on the warmer side. If you, like myself, have been on the lookout for an authentic lemon meringue pie it's worth giving GSV's a try.
