I'm a bit of a custard connoisseur, and Nicoticket's is my favorite. It's perfectly balanced between sweet, cream, vanilla, and egg with no flavor overpowering another... everything shines in just the right way. Custard's Last Stand is absolutely divine. I'm very critical when it comes to juice, and I can't think of anything I'd change about it.
It's fine straight out of the mailbox, but it's not particularly special that way. Custard's Last Stand is a juice that demands patience and rewards you mightily for it. This juice needs a long curing period. I prefer to use heat, and it requires a full 12 hours in the crockpot to reach it's peak. If you prefer to just wait it out, you need at least a month. I promise, it's worth the wait.
The vapor is thick and rich, with a moderate throat hit. You won't even notice though. You'll be too busy closing your eyes and reveling in it. It really is that good.
