Black Out City is a refreshing lemon berry mix with a nice cooling menthol. It comes off sort of like a berry lemonade and kind of reminds me of a cough drop a bit, but not in a bad way. It has a nice tart/sour lemon that gets smoothed out with with a darker berry sweetness. I'd say the berries are a mix of blueberry and blackberry. They have a fresh taste with a natural sweetness to them. The menthol is somewhere in the light to medium range and never gives off a menthol flavor. It's cooling and present throughout, but it never overpowers or distracts from the lemon and berries. The flavor intensity is pretty mid range. The inhale is a nice lemon with cooling menthol from the get go. The lemon is slightly tart but gets joined by sweet berry towards the backend. The mix of blueberry and blackberry seem to pop the most on the transition between inhale and exhale. The exhale is fairly similar to the inhale. A cool menthol start followed closely by lemon and finished with a dark berry. The menthol seems slightly more prominent on the exhale and mutes the lemon a touch. The berries add a nice sweetness to the finish. I'm left with a lemony menthol coolness and the taste of the berries on the tip of my tongue.
Overall, Black Out City is a good cool and refreshing experience. The tangy lemon mixed with menthol has a great effect and the sweet berries round it out nicely. It's a well mixed and well balanced juice. I can see this being a solid summer vape. It's been really hot out the last few days and this juice has not left my tank. I could also see it being a good sore throat/cold vape.

I wasn't familiar with Limoncello and since the description on their website is "Blackout City starts with a frosty inhale, and finishes with a tart blueberry limoncello. " I thought it would be a good idea to look it up, and I was instantly intrigued.
Overall this is a juice that I enjoyed. Very cool on the inhale. Almost as soon as I began to exhale is when I was hit with a strong burst of berry and lemon. I really like the way the flavors compliment each other and blend together. The limoncello is a lemon-based flavor but you can tell it's not lemon. It adds more depth and complexity to the juice than pure lemon would. Nicely done.

It's certainly mentholated.
On the inhale, you get menthol and, sadly, nothing else.
Exhaling the liquid, the coolness subsides and it's followed by a very syrupy artificial limoncello flavor. It's not alcoholic tasting, but it's a step behind lemon floor cleaner. I'm not getting much blueberry in this at all. Maybe slightly at the very end, there's a hint of the skin of the berry.
The menthol is quite overwhelming, which makes it great for the summer time, and might excuse the lack of fruitiness for some.
