I've been waiting to review this one since all the other reviews are always 10/10, they love it, best juice ever.. the usual. So I figured my bottle just needed steeping time. First of all, I was lucky enough to win last months Juicedb free juice contest (yay!!) so I picked this flavor and Neshaminy Creek. Review for that soon to come because, just like this juice, I want to spend enough time with it before I make a solid opinion. Upon first receiving it in the mail, it was very... sharp. An over-powering smell and flavor close to alcohol but not quite. Wasn't pleasant at all. I tasted no butterscotch at all, very little apple (think green Jolly Rancher apple candy), no cream, but tons of vapor. Yes, it's heavy on the VG and produces massive clouds. Which is pretty nice. Floral somewhat but in a perfume style rather than something I'd like. One of those candles or air fresheners you find at a girly gift shop that says apple but smells... chemically weird. Kinda off and not what you were expecting. So, yea, three or four puffs of it and it made me do the 'icky-ew' face. I pulled the wicks and cleaned my dripper. Then I left it in my dark juice box, lid off, for 12 days. Every day, I put the top back on, shook it up then took the cap back off and let it sit. On the 13th day, I took the bottle out again and tried it. Nope, still the same weird chemical apple air freshener flavor. Almost two weeks and no change? Weird. I brought out the big guns. Very warm, water logged rice in a very small sauce pan. Buried the bottle in the warm rice, put it on my warmer and waited two and a half hours. The color changed a very slight amount and the flavor lost some of that chemical freshener flavor but it's still there. I tried it anyway- filled up my Orchid (.77 ohms on a Nemesis mech) with it and vaped it all last night. Filled it up once it got low and everything. So I've vaped a total of about 10ml of this stuff and this is my conclusion, it's not for me. That sharp flavor is overwhelming and the strange flavor isn't something I enjoy. I still don't get any butterscotch, the apple tastes odd, sour and chemicalish to me. I really wanted to like this one. I'm a big fan of apple vapes and usually kill entire bottles in less time than I've been working with making this one vapable. I can vape it now at least. After about three or four puffs, it kinda turns my stomach. But the clouds are really nice and it's got that going for it. Maybe if I lower the temp on a regulated puffer, it'll be better. I'll check it out. I hate to leave a bad review for something I won as a prize. I guess it just shows- taste is subjective and all the other reviews of this juice made me think this would be a no-brainer and I'd love it. Nope, very sorry Keystone. I'm glad other people love it, more for them I guess.
edit Added some cream and it really helped. Tamed some of that sharpness and made it quite lovely. Just a tip I thought I'd add on this mammoth of a review ;)
