Fresh Review - Another fairly interesting juice straight out of the mail. I definitely get the pear on this, and it’s delicious, but not overpowering. Just a hint as the description would suggest, and I get it mostly on the exhale. I don’t honestly get much of an icy feel to this one, but I tend to have a hard time picking out menthol or koolada in juices unless it is very prominent, so that may just be me. The blueberry is there, but I’m not getting as much as I would like (of course I am a blueberry juice guy, so I like blueberry flavor to be strong). I feel like I’m tasting that same coconut from War Pig on the finish. There’s definitely that lingering taste like I get from War Pig. Not a bad juice at all fresh and no overwhelming flavors that stick out. Everything seems to mix really well.
Aged Review - This juice changed a lot with time. I don’t mean that so much in the way that the flavors are massively different, but the mix seems very different after a couple of months. I’m finally getting the icy feeling from the description, mostly on the finish of the inhale. It doesn’t seem like menthol to me, at least I’m not tasting it if it is, probably koolada instead. The blueberry is much more pronounced. When fresh, the pear seemed to be the star, but now it shares the spotlight with the blueberry. I love that this juice isn’t overpoweringly sweet like I’ve come to expect from blueberry juices. There seems to be something else in here aside from the pear and blueberry, but I can’t place it. It might be a fruit that I’m not familiar with. Regardless, this is a really tasty juice. Most likely a reorder for me.
