Southern Shine, a take on apple pie moonshine, in my opinion is a premier juice.
The first thing I notice about this juice is its stunning closeness to the real thing, Apple Pie Moonshine. Being born and raised in the South, I have had my fair share of the real stuff-- not walmart brand BS. The accuracy of this juice I'm guessing is due to the vendor's location in Southern Georgia as well.
On to the break down. The first bit is like apple cider, full and I mean full bodied apple cider almost like drinking it straight out of the bottle. Next, the cinnamon undertones come out and you lick your lips. Almost everyone that has tried this juice from me immediately says, "Tasty!" The exhale has a hint of Kustard IMO but that part is definitely subjective. Some people say they don't taste it at all. (I have acute taste buds).
All in all, solid 9/10. The only reason I can't give this a 10 is because of the juice's shelf life. To me, this juice is best after a week of steeping with zero breathing. But, because Sucralose is used in this juice extensively you really only have a few days after it hits its flavor peak before the Sugar takes hold and flavor is muted. This coming from someone who capes at 6mg.
