Fresh Review - I love that they tell you how to pronounce the name in the description of this juice. With that said, I’m going to continue pronouncing this juice like Mike Tyson saying “sauce”…because it’s fun. As for the juice review, this one is pretty tasty. Bready juices are difficult for me because they always end up feeling dry to me. This is better about that than most bread/dark cake juices that I’ve had, but it’s still just a bit dryer than I like. The flavor is really good. A nice desert without being too sweet. It’s a really tasty nut bread with a light vanilla component to it. I don’t really get a ton of chocolate to this, but there’s enough to know that it’s there. Overall, I would classify this as a mellow juice. Nothing overpowering or overdone. Just a nice light dessert without a huge punch of sweet. Not really my thing, but definitely not bad. My wife really likes this one.
Aged Review - Not much change to this one. Definitely a nice savory juice with lightly sweet aspects to it. On the inhale I get mostly nuttiness. It’s hard for me to say exactly what type of nut, because it feels like it may be a mixture to me without one big, defining, standout flavor. The exhale brings the bread flavor to this. This is a nice, dark banana nut bread or zucchini bread taste without the banana or zucchini. It’s still a little dry for my preference, but that’s probably a complaint you’ll see for me on most bready juices. The vanilla mingles in at about the mid-point of the exhale with the light sweetness of the chocolate popping near the finish. I don’t really get much of a distinct chocolate flavor, but I definitely get the touch of sweetness from it. Overall, this is a pretty good juice, probably not a reorder for me, but if you like other bready juices, you’ll probably like this one as well.
