Over a month since I placed my order. It's not so much the wait on the order itself, but the complete lack of communication from the vendor about my order after repeated e-mails and FB messages. I have noticed others pointing out that the vendor is a one-person operation and that he's swamped, which is why it is not the order delay itself that irks me, but the lack of any response whatsoever. Six weeks in: no juice, no response, no refund. Vendor needs to improve communication with customers.
Update 11/4: It's been two months. No communication, no refund. Vendor website down at the moment.
