Pleasante is one of the better lemonade flavors I've had and the use of pomegranate is excellent. Pomegranate doesn't seem to get used all that often but it's addition here is really well suited. Its tart, dark berry-like flavor is very complimentary to the sweet lemonade. The lemonade flavor here is well done in and of itself. It's a nice mixture of sweet and tart with a clean lemon flavor. I'd say it's fairly reminiscent of a 'not from concentrate' lemonade with maybe a little added sugar. It's sweet, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it's candy sweet as there is a citrusy tang that balances it out. The pomegranate adds a nice tart counterpoint to the sweetness as well. It has a bit above medium flavor intensity and is quite smooth for a lemon based flavor. On the inhale I'm initially met with pomegranate. It's tart yet somewhat sweet, with a dark berry type flavor. The lemonade creeps into the background and gains more prominence towards the backend while still maintaining notes of pomegranate. The exhale is more so a mixture of lemonade and pomegranate with the lemonade being the dominant of the two flavors. I'm left with the taste of sweet lemonade and hints of dark pomegranate.
Overall, Pleasante is a well done juice albeit fairly simple. I find it to be one of the more enjoyable lemonade flavors I've tried. Pomegranate makes a wonderful addition to lemonade and is a really complimentary flavor. I've been on a bit of a hunt for good lemonade juices and so far this one is finding itself near the top of my list.
