So I searched online for a pipe flavored vape-capable product and found: naturally-extracted-tobacco.com On August 13th, AUGUST 13th, I placed and paid for four items chosen from their available-to-purchase offerings and selected USPS Priority Mail 3-Day flat rate shipping.
On November 1st, NOVEMBER 1st, I receive an auto-generated email that says my "... order has been scheduled for shipment." We can all play the at-home game here: usps.com and use tracking number: 9405511298370550853080 That email was the very last communication I've received. If you research that tracking number you'll see that the package has never been received for actual transport as such.
So, I go back to their website and find that their site has a message stating they're temporarily closing the site to catch up on orders. So, where's the email to the customer directly stating operations are delayed and orders are in que? I've been left to figure out that in four months maybe they're not going to do anything except keep my fifty bucks. I can lose fifty bucks. It's not going to break me. But the weak-ass customer service non-notification and sketchy lack of a personal name and phone number tells me everything I need to know about this entity. They're fraudulent operators conducting business across state lines and without intention of fulfilling the transaction.
Prove me wrong.
You could walk an elephant on its knees across the United States in ninety days, but, you cannot get a simple vape order from Naturally-Extracted-Tobacco.com in the same amount of time. It's December 4th, DECEMBER 4th. That's a One-Hundred and Fifteen days and still no product even though they stopped taking website orders a month ago to 'catch up'!
