Website: The design is pretty dated, but they have quite a large selection, and let you choose your own PG/VP ratio and bottle type (cobalt blue glass or plastic).
Customer Service The day after my juice came in the mail, I got a PM on reddit to ensure everything was received and was up to my expectations. I had some questions about custom PG/VG ratios and chatted for a bit about his move to glass and reasoning behind going with cobalt blue glass. I'm a homebrewer and know how well this stuff protects contents from 480+nm UV light. If you care about what's inside, blue glass is the best you can use.
The bottles: At the time of my order, plastic bottles were the only option available, but they're some of the best bottles I've received. If you have a Kayfun and have gotten hand cramps filling it with those clear hard plastic bottles, you're going to love these. They're nice and supple with just the right size hole in the dripper tip. Not a single issue with getting the tip to seal against the fill hole. The tip's great on my Tobh as well. It's not so large that you're just praying juice into the well, you can easily let loose a single drop exactly where you want it. That being said, the labels aren't that great. They're (inkjet?) printed onto standard adhesive paper stickers. There's not a ton of info on them either. I'd love to see the mix date and pg/vg ratio on the label.
