I was looking to upgrade from an eGo starter kit. I came in explaining that I wanted to upgrade to an MVP and a good tank, along with enough coils to last me through the next semester at school so I wouldn't have to order anything.
The owner talked to me, helped me choose a tank (An aerotank mini) and was very kind, knowledgeable, and showed real interest in our conversation. He also mentioned they have 10% off tuesdays, and even though it was monday he gave me the 10% off so I could save $15.00 and not have to come back the next day.
After checking out, an attendant asked me if I'd like to set up my new MVP 2.0 and Aerotank in store, and also offered help in setting it up.
I've since gone back for juice. And everytime I've gone back it has been the most remarkable customer service I've ever experienced, out of any industry. I can't imagine any vendor comparing to these guys.
