They have both a B&M shop and online ordering. Both services are great.
In-store they will answer all your questions and suggest some great flavor mixes. In-store you can have custom blends made, online they offer just the standard flavors (which are still amazingly awesome). The website is a little dated but easy enough to use. They have a blog as well that has helpful info about products they have and other vape related tid-bits.
My experiences in both shop locations have been great. Although at times they are wall to wall with people I never feel I'm looked over, I'm still treated as a valued customer. The atmosphere is fun and modern. The customer base is quite varied. This was appealing since I had been trying to get my mom to switch. She felt comfortable her first time in and wants to bring her friends out to make the switch as well.

Although I was a menthol smoker I haven't found many menthol e-liquids that have blown me away. I gave Cold Fruit Fusion a whirl. Out of the mail it was smooth, minty, and fruity. Reminded me of after dinner mints with a fruit kick but less waxy tasting. After a week I tried it again, the fruit hit me first this time and the mint flavor faded a little leaving a cooling burst and still very smooth. I tried this e-liquid at 12mg 50/50 pg/vg in a protank and on a ERA dripper. I would let this one steep at least for a few days to get the full potential of the flavor.
