I ordered on August 7th. Contacted the owner a week later because the order was still "processing". He apologized for the delay and said it would certainly ship that Saturday, the 16th. I'm an understanding guy, and patient so it was no problem. My order status was still "processing" on the 21st (two weeks after ordering) so I contacted him again. He said "How odd. I see your order as shipped. Tell ya what, I will send out anotehr order today. So sorry!". I said "No worries" and asked for a tracking number to which he agreed that he would provide. I never received a tracking number so I contacted him again on Sunday the 24th. He said that he was away from the lab and asked me to get back to him later when he would be there, so I did. He told me that they had a lab inspection for part of the day on Friday (even though was supposed to be shipping a new order the day before). Again, he apologized and said, "Your order will absolutely ship tomorrow". After receiving no tracking number from him, I checked my order status this morning (August 26th)... Still "processing". Again, (being a nice guy) I asked him what was going on. He has yet to offer me any information/explanation/reasoning as to what has been going on, just a fourth and final apology. So I had to cancel my order (almost THREE WEEKS after placing it). I asked if he could provide me with a confirmation of the cancellation and refund of money. He said he could but two hours later and I'm still waiting.
Look, I have never written a bad review in my life. I am an understanding person. If he had offered me ANY real reason at all, this review would have never happened. Instead, all I got was the run-around. Three unfulfilled promises and four sad apologies. Quality flavors or no, this guy is unprofessional. Give your money to a company who can deliver.
