Opening of the bottle smells wonderful. Like fresh baked snicker-doodles. Not getting much apple in the first few pulls, it might be I'm adjusting to both complexity and richness. Almost a roller-coaster ride of tastes which change on inhale, exhale and when the juice matures. I wouldn't say apple pie. I'm getting apple cobbler with cream. I taste the crumbles mentioned in the flavor's description. Rich crust with brown sugar, cinnamon with a more gala tasting apple. Expecting green apple, I'm enjoying this lighter/subtle red apple.
It holds the apple cobbler feel through-out the bottle. As the juice gets darker, becomes more rich. The cream is very nice and slightly vanilla like. The vanilla seems hidden a bit and comes out more like a heavy cream. It's sweet, but not overwhelming. Solid 10. I like a few other dessert flavors from this vendor, but this is the one I continue to order the most.
