I bought this flavor and received it as a sample. It’s been awhile since I’ve had really solid flavors from TVK but this brings me back and reminds me how great of mixers they can be.

I’ve been hung up on nutty flavors for a bit and this fits among some of the best I’ve tried. The almond replication here is akin to some of TVK’s most accurate flavors like Perfect Pear and Peach. With most nutty juices all you get is the butter version; like almond butter or peanut butter. The almond here has a slightly toasty flavor you’d get from the actually nut and some of the more earthy elements like the rind. It’s very close to the flavor from actually eating an almond.

The rest of the flavor is ironically more like almond butter with a touch of creamy richness. The almond butter flavor comes second to the deepness of the almond flavor initially. It’s a creamy deep richness like almond butter with a touch of vanilla custard. Buttery rich and just sort of rolls about the tongue.

As for the Macaron part. While the flavor is excellent, I just don’t get Macaron. I guess the filling part is missing. Maybe a bit of sweetness. Regardless for an almond vape I think this is quite excellent. Nicely savory and creamy with a touch of toasted but flavor you don’t find in most flavors.

The Opus flavors are all something else. In the e-liquid realm, they’re in a world of their own. Nothing is similar or comparable. Opus 5 is no different. In fact it’s been awhile since I’ve had a good floral flavor. Really I didn’t even read the description to Opus 5 before trying it since my good friend Wump gifted me a bottle. I was a bit taken back by my first vape of it since I didn’t know what it was going in. I’d also say Opus 5 is pretty different from the other Opus iterations.

Opus 5 again, is mostly a floral flavor. Rather than having bases built around Earl Grey, Opus 5 is all kinds of floral layered on the saffron infused VG base. This is all kinds of floral but in the best possible way. The lavender is what hits me first. Very natural and fragrant. It’s a strong flavor but used with the right amount of restraint here. I agree with Wump that there seems to be an orange blossom type of flavor. Some type of slightly citrusy floral flavor that makes up the middle. The back part of this flavor is all honey. Rich and floral clover honey that is quite possibly the best honey flavor I’ve tried in e-liquid at least as far as accuracy is concerned. You needn't worry about the typical pitfalls of honey in e-liquids here. The honey with the vg has a thick and velvety mouth feel on the exhale.

While I was a bit shocked on my initial vape, I quickly settled into complete tranquil enjoyment of this flavor. It’s incredibly hard to describe outside of it being floral and basically perfection. Vaping this stirs memories of delicious Indian desserts I’ve tried. Rasmalai and Gulab Jamun. Where the velvety creaminess is complemented with touches of rose water and nuts. It’s still not the same but it’s really the only comparison I muster.

This is a juice I only discovered because of Adirondack. A budget strawberry and graham cracker flavor on a website that sells a freaking amazing strawberry and graham cracker flavor? That’s a bold move Cotton. I had to see how it played out.

I tried C4 when it first came in and it was decent but I decided it needed some more steeping. After a few weeks it improved quite a bit. Strangely at first I could have sworn there was some coconut present. More of a yellow cupcake with a slice of strawberry and a touch of coconut on top of buttercream icing. It was good, but I wasn’t sold. Something made me keep vaping it though. Perhaps I just really need a strawberry flavor in constant rotation.

The longer I let it sit and the more I vaped the better it got. Call it settling into my taste buds, or the build breaking in, but it went from decent to pretty damn good. The sweetness mellowed out and the vanilla became more prominent. I couldn’t really find the custard at first but now there are noticeable buttery notes that add a deep richness. In front of the custard is a rich yellow cake flavor. The strawberry has a nice balance between sweet and natural along with a prominence I desire. The graham cracker is more mellow than Saratoga but it is prominent enough that you aren’t looking for it. The perceived coconut flavor is now gone. I think it was the result of a combination of the graham, strawberry, and a buttercream flavor in the fresh mix. The buttercream is a present note as well but without the heavy sweetness.

This flavor screams gourmet strawberry cupcake to me. There is a nice balance of flavor and a richness to keep me interested. It never really feels like a custard dominant flavor though which is a plus for me. Now this isn’t Saratoga or even Festiva, but at $25/120ml it’s well worth checking out. I’m coming up on 60ml vaped in the past several days and at this point I’m quite satisfied. This is just a fantastic budget strawberry flavor.

White Chocolate Strawberry sounds like something that would be right up my alley. Lately I always have a strawberry flavor going and I’m a big fan of some of Kilo’s offerings. I'm not sure I understand the white series though. It looks like the Black Series but not, and didn’t seem to come with the extras that the Black Series had when released. I thought this was a higher PG ratio on first vape because this has a bit of throat hit to it. After some research it seems to be the same 30/70 ratio as everything else.

This is for sure a strawberry flavor and a good one. It has the taste of fresh strawberries that have have a little sugar mixed in with them. Very enjoyable in flavor with a nice balance of ripe flavor and sweetness while staying away from the strawberry candy. The white chocolate is where it kind of falls apart. I don’t really get that signature white chocolate flavor. There is a sweet and creamy sort of the flavor that in my opinion puts this closer to more strawberry milks. It’s hard to describe but it’s just not spot on white chocolate. Presumably as close as you can get in eliquid so the description can stand. Just not as obviously white chocolate as I had hoped I guess.

Either way a decent flavor for sure. I do get a noticeable throat hit with this flavor and originally thought this was closer to 50/50 or 40/60. Not unmanageable, but stronger than I would like so I took off some points for that. At the price I don’t see myself running back to reorder this in the same way I enjoy dewberry cream or honey cream but you might feel different.

The 15th is a well done banana cream pie flavor with a touch of peanut butter. It's an interesting combination that works really well.

Banana cream pie flavors are fairly common and there is a lot of crossover with banana pudding flavors. There are a lot of similarities between the two. The 15th does taste like a banana cream pie though. The banana flavor is spot on to how it should taste and is layered in fluffy cream. I'm from the south and have had banana pudding that tasted very similar. Not your all-you-can-eat buffet banana pudding though. On the back end of the flavor it becomes more bakery or cookie style. With the crust or vanilla cookie flavor the peanut butter also comes in. The peanut butter flavor can be picked out but it melds so well with the vanilla cookie aspect that it tastes more like a savory nutty cookie or crust. More bakery for sure rather than the rich custard-like finish of most banana pudding or cream pie flavors.

The finish of The 15th is what makes it for me. The bakery flavors mix up the banana and creaminess of the flavor while keeping it interesting. This isn’t a remarkably unique flavor but the peanut butter is well done and provides an interesting twist. I think if banana pudding or cream pie is your flavor choice you should give this a shot. It has just enough complexity to never become monotonous. A good flavor overall and an excellent one for the price.

While alcohol flavors in e-juice are pretty far from the real thing, I enjoy the complex base elements that are more open to taste than being masked by the alcohol in the real thing. With that being said, don’t let the bourbon element here scare you away. They say adult milkshake, but I would put it closer to a smoothie with some savory touches.

Predominantly the flavor I get is banana pudding with a bourbon complexity. It is mostly a banana pudding style of banana up front but with a little extra sweetness on the exhale. There is a lot going on here but the banana flavor carries throughout for me. The bourbon flavor comes into play shortly after. Think the earthy elements of a good bourbon sans the alcohol bite. It adds a lot of complexity to the flavor as well a a deep richness. Coupled with the bourbon flavor is an amaretto-like touch of orange, caramel, and cappuccino. All of these flavors make up the complexity though and don’t stand out on their own. The cappuccino flavor is more subtle that I expected as it has layers of flavors on top of it toning it down. There is coconut as well but it mostly adds to the sweetened banana on the exhale. The caramel with the bourbon has a caramelized flavor with a slight bite kind of like brown sugar. I was most worried about the butter scotch but it seems to be the most difficult to locate. If I were to describe it without knowing the ingredients I’d say it was banana pudding blended with an amaretto dulce de leche. Throughout, the flavor has a nice fluffy creaminess but the flavors combined do remind me more of a smoothie than a milkshake.

There is a delightful savory dessert element to this flavor that I never quite tire of. When I chose this flavor I was leaning on my fondness of Castle Long and Mast (2ohm6). While there are similarities here the comparison is in description only. This is a whole other beast. It is enjoyably different from any other flavor I’ve tried and nicely complex. I’d definitely recommend this flavor. It comes at a good price given the uniqueness and complexity involved.

I’ve been over cereal flavors for quite a while. People will just not shut up about Capone though so it filled another hole in my $25 order for free shipping. My being over cereal flavors makes this a little hard to rate. It is possible it should be slightly higher, because it is a very solid cereal flavor at an unbeatable price.

Now it has been a while, but I feel like this is very comparable to Sammie or Looper. It is in the citrus realm of cereal flavors. There is a nice amount of cereal grain up front as well as some deeper berry and tart flavors. The back end rises up into potent citrus flavors of lemon and orange. It’s bitey but in a good way. I don’t notice excessive throat hit. Again, the finish is reminiscent of Looper or Sammie. Beneath it all is a milky flavor that tries to balance out the citrus but doesn’t quite make it. The focus here isn’t on the milk though. It is a nice complimentary flavor that keeps the citrus from becoming too cloying or even boring.

I think Capone is a flavor worthy of your time. I hate to say “great for the price” because while it is based on the frequent Sauce LA sales, it’s pretty great on it’s own. If you like the citrusy fruit loops or fruity pebbles style cereals you should definitely check it out.

I had some credit at Mitten to use and I’m a sucker for donuts so I snatched this up. I have no idea if this is a Mitten brand or where it really comes from. I tried it fresh and it didn’t really change much after a month.

This is a somewhat innocuous donut flavor. Not quite as rich or full of flavor as I expected. To compare it to a donut, it would be like a powdered sugar donut with white cream filling. I don’t get a glaze type of flavor. There is the touch of yeasty dough with this accelerated sweetness right behind it. It ramps up rather quickly kind of how powdered sugar tastes. On the exhale a lot of the sweetness sticks around but there is a rich vanilla flavor as well. Spot on to the sweet white cream some donuts are filled with.

I like donuts but I have yet to find a really solid donut flavor because all seem to be way too sweet focused. This is no different. There are times it feels like I’m vaping straight powdered sugar. It’s neither bad nor good. Just sort of uninspiring unless you just really have a thing for powdered sugar. I’m missing some depth of where the dough would be or some bakery flavor. If you like sweet they nailed it, but if you want more than just that I think you’ll be disappointed.

I’m a big fan of Bird. Besides having delicious flavors, the main reason is that they really care. They listen to feedback and redevelop flavors that their customers want. So far each has gone from a good flavor to an exceptional flavor. Heisenbird is no different.

Heisenbird is the ever popular blue slushie or blue raspberry flavor that seems to be well loved by everyone except me really. Raspberry isn’t my thing in vape form and most raspberry flavors are really dreadful to me. However, the original heisenbird was pretty good. Enjoyable even. This new version is excellent. It has a spot on blue raspberry flavor. Really accurate to an Icee with a slightly stronger flavor. It’s very flavorful and tart with just a touch of sweetness. Can blue raspberry be naturally sweet? I don’t think so but if it could be that’s what this feels like. Bird chose to focus on the blue raspberry flavor and not the sweetness. This isn’t sweetener or sugar candy with a touch of blue raspberry flavor. The inhale is more of the expected blue Icee flavor before it mellows out a bit in the middle. The exhale and aftertaste are the sour and tart blue raspberry with no lingering sweetness. I think the tart finish is what really makes this excel.

While I usually keep a wide berth on Raspberry flavors, I’ve been enjoying this one a lot. It doesn’t bore my taste buds and the focus away from candy sweetness keeps me coming back for more. If this is your flavor profile then you must try this. I find it kind of hard to rate. People looking for the blueberry slushie flavor would likely find this a 5.

This juice has some polarizing reviews. It’s one of the last 2ohm6 flavors I hadn’t tried from their all around stellar line. Chocolate is rarely done right and whisky is a flavor that is difficult to perceive in vape form so I've eyed Mizzen shyly.

Mizzen is exactly what I expected from the description. Maybe one of those “I don’t know what I expected” moments. It is what it says it is. When dripping it I immediately get a whisky scent from it. Like the whisky you’d smell peeking out from a health dose of Coke. It’s unmistakably whisky. I’m more of a bourbon man myself if you care. I do seem to be a little sensitive to the scent and flavor of whisky so hopefully I’m not amplifying its presence.

Vaping this flavor is pretty intriguing. It’s a combination so well done that it’s hard to ignore. Initially I get a dark cocoa flavor. No milk chocolate and no dark chocolate. Just cocoa. Slightly milky but none too sweet either. At the same time it refrains from bitterness. It’s chocolate that is done better than any chocolate flavor I’ve tried in recent memory. The whisky shows up just before you get bored of the chocolate. The flavor is that of the aftertaste of whisky. The complex elements that make up whisky but get hidden behind the alcohol taste. But it’s not plastic jug whisky. Instead is has that barrel aged whisky earthiness to it. Again I’m not a whisky person but this makes me want to pick up some quality whisky. Somehow even a slight alcohol aftertaste is present as well which accentuates the liquor feel in a way I haven’t experienced in vape form.

This flavor again is superbly well done. Usually when I read a description and form a hope or expectation of the flavor the juice rarely matches it perfectly. Mizzen is exactly what I expected and hoped. However, it’s not really a flavor I’d ADV. It is a flavor I’ll toss in from time to time in an order alongside greats like Mast, Kheer, and Hard-Tack. It’s a flavor worth experiencing though. Especially if you are a whisky fan or just if the description sounds good to you.

If you’ve tried Bigglesworth then hopefully you’ve tried Amalfi. If you’ve tried Amalfi then you’ll be comfortably at home with Amity. Amity rebuilds Amalfi with a very similar base but replaces the apricot with lemon.

The base of Amalfi is a dense and moist pound cake with slivers of almonds on top. It has this unique flavor that invokes images of bundt cakes with a slight icing drizzle. Lightly spiced and somewhat savory it works perfectly with the touch of creamy almond. The lemon part is the difference here and it’s different than I expected. It almost tastes like a lemon jelly instead of icing. The lemon is sweet but still has the citrus along with it. The first few puffs on Amity immediately stirred memories of the many sampled fruit loops flavors from last year. It has that familiar touch of lemon twinge at the end. Amity tames it so well though with the almond and cake that there is no reason to complain about it. The bite is gone as quickly as it shows up. The majority of the lemon is very mellow in intensity with a light sweetness. The exhale though makes it shine a bit more above the cake.

Overall, I’d say between Amalfi and Amity it’s a toss up to what your flavor preference is. They’re both incredibly solid and unique flavors. I find Amity to be slightly more mellow and sweet overall. No regrats either way. Amity is worth your time for sure.

Kilo you have redeemed yourselves for Cereal Milk (I dislike Cereal Milk). I took a gamble based on previous faith and it turned out beautifully. Honey Cream is exactly what I hoped it would be. Definitely would be in my very short ADV if it weren’t for the price.

Honey, if you’ve been in vaping a while, is a somewhat conflicting flavor. It can smell bad and taste bad. Honey Cream though is none of those things. The focus is more on the cream here. A rich thick cream with the honey sweetness and subtle flavor. The honey is not cloying or heavy. Instead it has more of a fresh heavy cream dollop with a touch of honey mixed in. Somewhere in the middle is a light bakery flavor. Kind of a cross between graham and oat. It’s very subtle but I can’t shake a sugar cookie type of flavor that rounds out the aftertaste.

The flavor has nods to several other flavors I’ve tried. Anything ranging from honey oats cereal to sugar cookie or even cookie butter. The best part is that it rises above all of those. I definitely recommend giving this a shot. They nailed it and it vapes wonderfully.

The description for Steller is “northeastern blueberries combine with slight almond notes, various creams, and a custard base”. I don’t know how northern blueberries differ from any others. However, the blueberry flavor used here is a bit different than I’ve experienced before. It tastes very natural, but it’s not as dark or tart as the ones I often eat down South. The best analogy I can summon is blueberries in a blueberry pie without all the sugar. There is this jovial type of flavor that’s sweeter than expected but somehow authentic tasting. Some tartness is still there but it’s not the dark blueberry I expected.

Behind that is just tons of cream and almond. I really enjoy almond flavors added in because it adds this deep creaminess with a touch of nutty flavor but my taste buds never tire of it. It sort of flows delicately over the tongue and creates more depth and savory flavor than any cream or custard can muster on its own. At the very end of the flavor the custard flavor rounds it out. I mainly just notice a touch of vanilla richness that picks up though. It’s not a rich or deep custard and it lets the almond and cream remain the star of the show.

Steller is an interesting flavor. At first I was underwhelmed, but the more I vaped it the more I couldn’t step away from it. I’m usually a person who floats between flavors throughout the day but I haven’t put down this bottle since it arrived.

It may be hard to believe but not all flavors are created equal. Tiger’s Blood is one of those flavors that is pretty common across businesses. It’s just a flavor that works. However, it’s not always executed well. Bird has made an extremely smooth and clean Tiger’s Blood flavor. The juice itself is crystal clear and it vapes very cleanly.

The words that come to mind when one thinks of Tiger’s Blood are usually sweet and coconut. Neither of those are an issue here. Up front there is a light strawberry flavor mixed with watermelon. The coconut is present right after but is quite mellow. It doesn’t have that strong pervasive flavor that I usually expect. The intensity of flavor is more on par with toasted coconut that fresh coconut if that makes sense. The strawberry and watermelon are quite mild as well. Very natural and fresh tasting. Since all the flavors are somewhat mild and natural, Big Ghost Status doesn’t have that heavy sweet feel. I’ve described more than one similar flavor as being thick and sweet. I’ve come to expect vaping similar flavors to have a similar texture to the thickness of the snow cone syrup. Big Ghost Status doesn't have that effect. It’s a smooth and refreshing flavor that manages to capture the essence of Tiger’s Blood without the sweetness or heavy coconut flavor.

Deep Thought is a flavor I dismissed from the description as being another cinnamon vape like Horchata or Cinnamon Roll. It is something rather different though. Astral Clouds describes it as coconut with cinnamon danish on top. Even still that doesn’t quite capture the flavor.

As mentioned in the past I am not partial to cinnamon flavors as most have too much bite or just too much cinnamon and I am sensitive to them. This really doesn’t taste like a cinnamon flavor. It’s hard to compare to anything tangible I’ve consumed before. Maybe a mounds candy bar where the chocolate is replaced with a touch of caramelized brown sugar cinnamon.

To me the cinnamon and coconut feel pretty closely matched in intensity. The coconut falls more on the side of toasted shredded coconut. It’s not the sweet or potent coconut most liquids seem to use. This is baked fresh coconut, like in a Samoa cookie, Mounds candy bar, etc. Much more creamy and mellow. After the coconut the cinnamon danish comes out with a bit more prevalence. Not really so much in Danish form but with the caramelized cinnamon and brown sugar sticky insides making up most of the flavor. It is a mellow and smooth cinnamon flavor though. With the creaminess of the coconut, perhaps the best descriptor of this flavor is cinnamon milk with toasted coconut shavings on top. That’s probably the thing I imagine most that this flavor replicates.

I’ve put some thought into Deep Thought and the conclusion is that it’s pretty good. Much more mellow and relaxing of a flavor than I expected and a bit deeper than the description suggests. Don’t let the cinnamon or the coconut scare you off. If those flavors aren’t usually done well for you, I think you’ll be satisfied with the mellowness of Deep Thought.

I say this a lot, but I’m a big fan of melon flavors. Between cantaloupe and honeydew I can’t go wrong. So many melon liquids fall through some sort of caveat though. Too sweet, too mellow, too dry. Astral Clouds did pretty right by this one.

The smell in the bottle is similar to honeydew bubble gum. The taste is more of a basic ripe honeydew flavor. The honeydew flavor is initially pretty sweet and a fairly recognizable honeydew flavor used in e-liquid. For the cactus part I don’t notice it a whole lot on its own. It just doesn’t have that distinctive cactus flavor. I think it’s being used to mostly even out the honeydew. Instead of just sweet honeydew it levels out towards the end and becomes a little more tart and earthy, akin to unripe honeydew. So sweet up front but more natural at the end. There is a bit of dryness to this that is left on my tongue.

This is better than most melon flavors I run across but fairly middle of the road as far as quality and complexity. If you like honeydew it’s worth a shot though.

I’m not one to jump for lemonade until strawberry is added in. I was pretty excited about Goliath. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good lemonade flavor. Goliath in the bottle smells awesome. Just spot on fresh strawberry lemonade.

Unfortunately it doesn’t have quite the same taste. It smells so potent with tart freshness. But it tastes kind of flat. The flavors are quite a bit lighter than they smell. Closer to strawberry lemon frozen ice maybe? Probably lighter than that. I don’t really get any separation of flavor. The strawberry is one with the lemonade but the most prominent flavor is the lemonade for me. Just a faint bit of strawberry. The exhale is very dry and just sort of tastes like sweetener. There just isn’t any palatable flavor to keep me interested. Just a faintness of strawberry lemonade. It needs to be more juicy and more present. To experience that tartness and crispness of flavor is what I’m longing for here. Like mixing up some powdered lemonade and you only add one scoop instead of 3.

I’m no stranger to Seduce’s Snake line and if you vape you really shouldn’t be either. Unless you have some hatred for coconut or cream in which case I’m sorry. Snake Oil used to be my ADV for 2 years but during that time I tried all of the snake flavors except for peach. None were quite the same as Snake Oil but Snake Charmer is very close in terms of flavor and preference. Mango has become a popular flavor so I wasn’t surprised to see this pop up. It’s one of those no brainers.

Like I said this is good. Really good in fact. I’d have to give this a close second compared to Snake Oil and rank it above all the others. Again that’s personal preference. The Mango is really well mixed. There is enough flavor to accomplish the mango goal but not so much that it drowns out the cream with a touch of coconut base. The base actually shines through quite nicely. Mango is usually expected to be quite potent and citrusy but it’s not here. It does have a bit of the tart flavor bite that Snake Oil has as well.

I find myself enjoying this quite a lot. Maybe it’s part nostalgia but I could definitely see reordering some of this.

I was really excited to try this flavor when it released. Bird puts out some excellent flavors at a good price. Fried Ice Cream sounds delightful and is a treat I often enjoy at Mexican Restaurants. Fried ice cream is basically a scoop of ice cream rolled in cereal.

Bird’s fried ice cream wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s not a bad flavor by any means it’s just not perfect for what I envisioned. There is definitely a potent cereal grain and flavor. I almost want to say it tastes close to honey bunches of oats. At least lots of honey and oats mixed together? It may just feel that way because of the caramel and vanilla though. The vanilla is pretty bold in flavor and not as light or sweet as a typical vanilla ice cream. The caramel tastes a little strong as well. The caramel combined with the cereal flavor give a very rich and heavy flavor. It’s hard to explain because the flavors as a whole are pretty light. However this rich almost honey like flavor covers all of it. It’s unfortunately too strong of a flavor to me and a bit too heavy tasting.

This flavor, for me, is good is short bursts. I can’t vape it consistently. I wish there was more definition between the flavors. Again not a bad flavor and one that those of you who like custards would probably enjoy.

A large subset of e-liquids are replications. Flavors combined together that strive to reproduce the flavor of something tangible. Most can at least get close enough you can see what they were trying to do. Few hit the nail on the head. Bird nailed this one big time. So much so that I cannot fathom another flavor being more spot on. If you like carrot cake then this is it.

Fresh out of the mail this juice has a really nice cream cheese icing flavor I noticed both on the inhale and exhale. I love the crap out of cream cheese icing and it was wonderful. As this flavor steeped though that flavor gave way to the carrot cake. The icing is still there but in much more subtle and blended form. That’s not really a bad thing though because the carrot cake is just as good. It has that dense spice cake type of feel to it. Subtle touches of nuts and carrot seem to somehow be present. No raisins thankfully as they ruin everything. The cake just tastes thick and full. The spices definitely round it out but none of the cinnamon takes over that solid carrot cake flavor.

My only two wishes are slightly more cream cheese flavor after steeping, and I get a slight dryness from the cinnamon. I’m super sensitive to cinnamon in e-liquid so that might just be me. Regardless, this is awesome and a flavor I never expected to be so spot on. I already ordered more. This is pretty much the closest you can get to actual carrot cake without actually eating.
