I wanted to give it a lower score because of personal taste, but this juice definitely deserves an 8 or more if you are looking for such a minty flavor.
I definitely feel like I've got a mint in my mouth when I'm vaping this juice. There's not much else to say, it's got a very good throat hit, and I can definitely feel the sinus clearing "burn" people are referring to in other reviews. Not that I had any sinus problems when I tried this flavor.
It's worth noting that I get very little vapor out of this juice, not that that matters very much to me.
Edit: I just switched to another flavor, and I feel like it's worth noting that this juice seems like it could be really fun to mix with other flavors.

I placed my first small order with Mt. Baker Vapor. This is the first juice I've tride that isn't one I've bought from local shops.
This juice is delightful. I might be overvaluing it as a relative newbie, and it's also the first juice I've tried with my Aspire Nautilus. I'm confident I'll be including this flavor in every order I purchase from Mt. Baker Vapor for the forseeable future.
It has a very rich and creamy flavor coming in, and a very caramel/vanilla flavor coming out. I would label it as sweet if I could include more than three tags, but I think Dessert/Baked Goods, Creamy, and Rich all suit it better. There's no noticeable throat hit with this juice, granted I've got no nicotine in mine and a 50/50 PG/VG ratio. My tank got somewhat hot when I was playing around with my variable voltage and started to have a throat hit because of that, but I probably could have made that happen with any juice.
