Love me some baked flavored vapes. This one sounded different than the normal cake vape so, I had to give it a try.
When the order got here (shipped same day I bought it and I had it in a couple of days), I had to smell it. Smelled really good so I dripped some. Smelled of pastry with almond.
Yep, it's really good. It's not a cake. On the inhale, you get a flaky pastry, with a touch of creaminess. Exhale has more creaminess, the almond and a touch of zest. After exhale, I had that pastry taste in my mouth. I feel I have to expand on the pastry. It's unlike anything I've vaped before. The pastry reminded me of a croissant...that flaky, buttery, crispy yummy gem of a treat. Not cake like at all. And I am completely OK with that.
I really, really enjoyed this flavor. It's different than normal bakery flavors and definitely worth a try.
I love custards, saw hazelnut and a good sale and was sold. I had to try it.
Juice smells like a sweet, nutty custard.
The inhale is creaminess. Not heavy or too rich. But the exhale...hell, it's sweet, creamy and a note of hazelnut. It's a good custard base, not eggy at all. The caramel is stronger than I thought it would be, but he more I vape it, the less sweet it gets and the more the hazelnut comes out. It becomes more balanced.
Overall, I'm happy with it and would buy it again.
When I saw the flavor profile of this, it was something I didn't know I wanted. Love the sound of sugar cookies and ice cream.
Out of the bottle, the scent is vanilla and cookie. Smells fantastic.
On inhale, there is a sweetness from the vanilla and cookie. As the vapor sits in my mouth before exhale, the sugar cookie note is strong. At exhale, the cookie note is dominant with a hint of the vanilla ice cream. After exhale, my mouth still tastes the sugar cookie notes.
Good juice. Very good sugar cookie flavor that isn't too sweet. I do wish it had a bit more creaminess. This bottle is aged a couple of months and, there is a hint of creaminess there but I'd like a little bit more. This isn't too rich or too sweet and, if dessert flavors are your thing, you'll dig this.
Cream puff. What more is there really to say?
Out of the bottle, I smell the bakery notes.
Now, I am going to preface this by saying I tried this fresh and thought, "Meh, it's good but not great." The flavor was muted and very gentle. So, I tossed it aside to age and we are looking at about a month later.
On the inhale, there isn't too much flavor. The flavor starts to shine while it sits on the tongue before exhale. Then, I get this fantastic bakery note with just a kiss of creaminess. On exhale, the flavors come out stronger and at the very end, there is a slight doughiness to the flavor.
This is good and has aged very, very well. I don't get any vanilla, like in the description, but there is a light creaminess. Not quite full blown cream though. I do wish I got vanilla but, the light cream allows me to vape this longer.
The star of this flavor is the bakery note. It's definitely a savory pastry that is slightly sweetened by the cream. The pastry note is completely nailed here and one of the better pastry notes I have tried.
Overall, this is a really good juice after a bit of an age.
I had never heard of this until I got a bottle from a friend. So, I gave it a shot.
Out of the bottle, it smells like crunch berry cereal.
On the inhale, you get the berry and a grain note from the other cereal.. No particular berry stands out, just berry, like the cereal. On the exhale, I get more of the non berry cereal notes, along with the milk.
Overall, I have to say, this is spot on crunch berry cereal. This is one of the better ones I have tried. It's not too grainy, not too sweet or too creamy. Artisan really nailed this one. The flavors are well blended and nothing is really dominant in the flavor. It's just like grabbing a spoon and diving in.
This was the second of the three I grabbed during the release of Kite in Cloud's new flavors. It sounded interesting so...
Like the others, I tried this one fresh too. It had a heavy presence of berry syrup with a slight touch of sweet potato and just a hint of chestnut. It was good and different. This was listed as good to go from the mail and I enjoyed the time I spent with it fresh.
So, a week later and I am trying it again. The change in Yellow Noise Maker had me thinking this one may have gone through a radical transformation as well.
Out of the bottle, you smell all the notes listed in the description. Sweet potato, berry and chestnut. Smells interesting.
During the week it sat, this flavor changed radically as well.
On the inhale, it's sweet potato first. Savory and natural. The sweet potato is followed by the berry. The exhale is when the chestnut comes in.
Now, this is a pretty savory vape. It's very different...and I wasn't sure how it would go together. But the potato has really come out with aging, with the berry being next. The berry is a syrup, not like eating real berries.. Sweet, heavy and still pretty present. It almost takes the edge off the savory notes of the potato. The best way to describe this is a sandwich...sweet potato and chestnut wrapped around a berry syrup. The flavor just flows from one flavor to another almost seamlessly. This, somehow, doesn't seem blended but layered. It's complex and very good. The very last taste you get is the chestnuts. They taste real but not really candied. But, the sweetness of the berries could be masking that.
So, I think this is a really well done flavor and it's unlike anything I've had before. If you like it sounds good, you'll like it.
When KiC came out with new flavors, there were three I had to grab. Yellow Noise Maker is one of them. Being the impatient person I am, I tried it fresh out of the mail, despite the fact Bobby from KiC said to age it 1-2 weeks. So, it's now a week later and here I am.
Fresh, the juice was heavy on the tea and tempura while very light on the berries. The tempura was the dominant flavor by far fresh. This wasn't a really creamy juice either but, I knew an age would fix that. It was good but I set it aside.
The other day, I received a text from a very good friend who told me I had to try YNM right away. She said it had aged VERY well in such a short time and was very different. I've only experienced that with one other juice so, while I trusted her, I was skeptical. Dumb me.
Now...holy hell. This juice is a whole nother beast.
The inhale brings in sweetness from the fruit and ice cream with a note of tea and tempura. The exhale is the same but adds more creaminess. The tempura has calmed down quite a bit in this last week and is no longer the dominant flavor. Somehow, the tempura has turned light and airy, just like the real thing. The ice cream isn't super sweet and the juice itself is sweet only because of the berries. The berries are the dominant sweetness here. I find it hard to pick out what kind of berries they are but, it seems to be berries. Just a natural, fruity sweetness. And, it's not a vanilla ice cream, it's just creaminess with a touch of sweet. The tea notes are there, in the background, adding an almost dryness and savory note to the flavor that just rounds this out. This one is full of flavor, a tad heavy but something I can vape a long time. After taking more pulls, I still cannot decide on the dominant flavor in this juice. And, I've had a hard time putting into words how it tastes. All I do know is that it's blended very well, it's very different and I want more.
I love ice cream and I love Level Up so...
My allergies are bad so I can't smell the juice out of the bottle. Sorry. I'm not convinced anyone will miss that part though. I can still taste fine.
Inhale is creamy with notes of banana, chocolate but the exhale is where this juice shines. You get everything mixed well together with notes of ice cream, banana, chocolate, nuts.
Overall, this is a great dessert vape. The ice cream lends a great creamy note but I don't get the vanilla. The other flavors are subtle. You get a bit of everything but nothing dominates the experience. The flavor sort of stays in your mouth after exhale and is really good. Sort of sweet, sort of savory and really good. Now, I cannot distinguish the almond as an almond flavor when vaping and, I do not get the cherry at all either. I like this, especially at night, after a meal.
Saw the description and had to try it. Now, this one will be a different format because, I tried this fresh and aged.
Fresh: The day I got this it was spot on butter pecan ice cream with a touch of caramel. The pecans were dominant and hearty and tasty. I really liked it fresh and it took everything I had to put it away for the recommended age of 2-3 weeks.
Aged: It's now two weeks later. The pecan is still there, still dominant. The caramel has developed into something a bit special. There is the slightest hint of salt that goes with the caramel. And the caramel reminds me of a great caramel drizzle. Not too sweet, not burnt at all. The ice cream flavor from the the fresh is not replaced with a creaminess. It's not a sweet cream and has become a tense denser. I think, this is the cheesecake. But, I don't get the tang of cream cheese I get when eating cheesecake. When I first started vaping it, I did notice a slight graham cracker crust. But, after a bit of time with the juice, the crust sort of faded away.
Overall, I really like this and would vape it both ways. It's really become a different flavor with an age, and both are good.
I'm a sucker for nutty vapes and, a few months back, discovered my love for peanut butter juices. So, I knew I had to try this one.
Peanut butter. That's the scent out of the bottle.
On the inhale, I get creamy peanut butter. On the exhale, I get a slight note of coconut and more peanut butter.
Now, I feel I need to preface this a little. When I say the inhale is creamy peanut butter, do not get that confused with out of the jar, no peanuts included peanut butter. It's lighter than that. It's creamy, almost whipped. This is not a heavy, thick, dry vape, like a lot of peanut butter flavors.
I will admit, if I didn't see toasted coconut in the description, I wouldn't know that's what that flavor is. It's light and just adds something to the peanut butter. And, after exhale, the coconut and peanut butter flavors sit on your tongue.
I don't get any almond or marshmallow out of this vape but, I'm OK with that. Too much marshmallow would've been too sweet for me and I think this is great as is. It's not too sweet or too savory...just right.
Overall, this is one I'll have around.
I got my hands on a bottle of this and damn...I am sure glad I did.
Now, I vaped this fresh out of the mail and, the strawberry was dominant. I would get whipped cream at the end of the exhale and a hint of marzipan (ground almond paste, for those who may not know) with a light bakery. The bakery was not heavy, or sweet, it was just present enough to to assert itself without being overpowering. And this is damn good fresh...I vaped a quarter of the bottle.
Now, this review is where the bottle is a few days older, kept in a cool, dark place. I have no regrets vaping it early though.
Out of the bottle, I smell almond, berry and cream. Very nice scent.
The inhale is sweet, creamy and has almond. Between inhale and exhale, the flavors blend beautifully and no one flavor dominates and, I think, this is where I love this juice best. On the exhale, I get kisses of whipped cream, a sweetness from the strawberry with a touch of strawberry flavor and a touch of a bakery note. And there is more almond.
Overall, this juice has aged VERY well. I love the fact I get much more almond now and, it's not like the marzipan it was fresh. It's more a part of the cream and just works. The strawberry isn't as prominent as it was fresh but it has mellowed a little, blending together with everything else. The other thing I noticed, and I like, is that the juice seems to blend better the more I vape it. It's a little hard to describe, because Cloud Alchemist did such an amazing job blending the flavors in this one. However, he always does that and he is known for his craftmanship. But very rarely is a juice just undescribable. This is one of those very rare times.
I really like this and, this juice has been added to my regular rotation of juices I will always have on hand. I can vape this for hours without getting flavor fatigue (which is rare for me) and enjoy it from first to last drip.
I got a bottle of this as a sample of my order. Now, Captivape does good banana (I'm a big fan of Granana) but I never even thought to ever order this one.
Out of the bottle, banana and cream. It smells very good.
Inhale is all banana and cream. Exhale is more of the same but the crust notes are added, along with a spice note I haven't been able to identify.
Overall, this is very good. The strongest flavor is actually the crust, which surprised me. The banana and cream are both very good and this isn't a heavy cream. It's not even really a pudding. It's just a cream, mixed with bananas. The bananas are natural tasting, which is my preference. But the crust is just fantastic. It almost comes across as a flaky pastry crust and is really done well. And at the end of the exhale, this is just this little something, almost like a spice....but I cannot identify it and it's kind of driving me crazy.
Fans of banana or dessert vapes would like this.
I have been looking for a great cheesecake vape and, this one came recommended by the good folks of Reddit.
Out of the bottle, you can smell the blueberry and graham.
Inhale has graham cracker and blueberry while the exhale has blueberry, graham cracker and some creaminess.
Now, let me say this isn't a bad juice. It has strong notes of the blueberry with a great graham cracker flavor added to it. And the creaminess rounds it out. However, I get no cheesecake flavor in it at all. If I were looking for a blueberry cream pie (is that such a thing?), this would be dead on. The blueberry notes are more of a syrup vs the actual fruit and are sweet. The graham cracker is present throughout and adds a little bit of a savory note to the flavor. And the cream is more of a sweet cream, not whipped, just sweetened cream.
Overall, it's good juice but not what they describe it as.
I won this flavor in a giveaway on Reddit.
Out of the bottle, the juice has a creamy, banana scent.
Inhale is creamy with a light Irish cream flavor. Before exhaling, the graham peeks out a little. The exhale has notes of banana, Irish cream and tobacco.
This is a very different tobacco flavor. The tobacco is there but it's blended well with the other flavors. There are subtle hints of Irish cream but it's more of a creamy note and not a dominant flavor. The banana is a tease....not heavy at all. Overall, the exhale is a very flavorful blend. It's not overly sweet and, after exhale, I can still taste the flavor in my mouth.
Overall, I like this. However, I think this may have too many flavors trying to work together. What they have, works, but nothing is dominant or stands out. It's something I wasn't sure would work together but, if you're looking for a different kind of tobacco, this would be worth a try.
Another sample from the Lagniappe Line. Another well done flavor.
Out of the bottle, cinnamon and cake tickle the nose.
The inhale is cinnamon and cake. On the exhale, more cinnamon, cake with the frosting/glaze.
Overall, this is very good. I love cinnamon and this juice has it. It's a strong bakery cinnamon and, this juice tastes like the perfect cinnamon roll, to me. Cakey, doughy, cinnamon and a sweet glaze. There is just a hint of icing in this juice and it, I think, is what ties it all together. It reminds me of cream cheese icing but, I could be off. Another juice that isn't overly sweet but full of flavor. I usually vape at 75 watts but this flavor likes it just a touch lower, at around 65 watts. This is another great new flavor from Crescent City.
I got the entire Lagniappe Line with a very recent order. I love donuts but have struggled to find a good donut flavor. Ben-YAY! delivers.
Out of the bottle, the juice smells sweet, kind of doughy.
Inhale of this juice is sweet. The exhale is where it shines. It's sweet, full of cakey/donut flavor with, I think, a hint of vanilla.
Overall, this is probably the best donut flavor I have tried. It's not overly sweet and very flavorful. Now, it took about a week of aging to get it to this point. The doughiness of this flavor is just about perfect. It has a very strong presence and just works. The powered sugar comes across more as a glaze but I am not complaining. I wish I could compare it to a beignet but, I haven't been to LA.
I am not a huge peach fan but I love tea flavors so I thought I would give this one a shot.
Out of the bottle, the juice smells fruity. You get notes of both the dragon fruit and the peach.
The inhale has peach, with hints of the dragon fruit. Before exhale, I start to taste the tea. On exhale, the three flavors blend together with almost a note of honey.
Overall, this is very good. Perfect for warm weather since it's a light vape. Still flavorful, but not heavy. The fruits taste natural and the tea has a great flavor before exhale. It's not too tart from the dragon fruit and the slight taste of honey adds a great hint of sweetness at the end.
I think I would like this more if the tea was a tad more dominant. But overall, this is a good tea flavor.
This flavor, with the mint, is outside my usual flavor profiles. I have 3 Ms I usually don't like...mint, menthol and melon. This one changed the mint for me.
In the bottle, the juice smells fruity. The apple is the dominant scent, with the pomegranate sneaking in at the end.
On inhale, I get the apple and some cooling from the mint. On exhale, it is more apple and mint, with a little pomegranate at the end.
The fruits are true and the apple flavor reminds me of a crisp red apple. Fruity and deep. The pomegranate is mild and add just enough tartness. Now, the mint. The mint is cooling but not overpowering and not a menthol like mint at all. It's is a true mint flavor with cooling. This juice is not traditionally sweet. The sweetness comes from the fruit and is a really clean flavor.
Overall, I am really surprised how much I like this one. On a warm summer day, this is a great flavor to vape.
One thing about me...I love ice cream! So, when I won the GrayScale giveaway, I grabbed their two ice cream flavors.
Out of the bottle, you can smell the banana.
On inhale, there is a nice creaminess with notes of chocolate. On exhale, there is a soft note of fruit, just adding to the sweetness.
Overall, this is good but not as described. The very dominant flavor is chocolate and, it's a good chocolate. Not waxy or artificial tasting. I don't taste any vanilla and the fruit is really an undertone, as described but, I assumed I'd get more than the sweetness from the fruit. The ice cream base they use is very good...rich, creamy and tasty. Overall, this is a good juice but not one that is true to the description.
They had me at custard. Fruit and custard are one of my favorite profiles.
Out of the bottle, the juice smells of perfectly ripe strawberry.
Inhale has a note of creaminess, along with a slight tartness from the dragon fruit. The strawberry creeps in at the end of the inhale and continues into the exhale, with more of the creaminess. After the exhale, the fruit notes just sit on my tongue.
I don't taste vanilla in this but I can smell it in the room. The room note is a lovely vanilla custard. The fruit notes in the flavor are natural. This is probably the most realistic strawberry I have ever vaped. It's sweet, slightly tart, like a strawberry and blends really well with the tartness of the dragon fruit. The creaminess ties this all together, lending a sweetness that keeps this flavor from being too tart from the fruit. The custard in here isn't a heavy one and I would almost liken it to a heavy, sweet cream. It's not eggy or too heavy but a good balance of sweet.
Overall, this one is a winner to me.
