I have an extensive order history with MBV going back a couple years now. Bought my first starter kit from them and was very happy to have quit smoking. I found some cheap flavors that tasted much better than smoking.
More recently however, they screwed up an order on a $35 item and sent an $8 item by mistake. I was happy the fixed it, but I had to take a photo of the packing and email it first. (understandable)
3 orders later - I place an order on a starter kit for a friend who lives far out into the country. There was a 12 percent off sale so I ordered some items for myself. Speedy shipping, as always, but they completely didn't send 1 item. They sent the juice that went with the starter kit but no kit to be found. I talked to their online support and went through the email process again. No answer. Back to online support. They tell me to email again - no response.
Sure, cheap is great and their customer service used to be stellar. Not anymore. I am a very unhappy customer and will take my money elsewhere. This rating will stay a 1 unless something major changes with their customer service.
On the plus side, their shipping is probably one of the fastest. That is, IF they get your order right.
